Returns & Exchanges

Adaptive Fire Extinguisher Harness (Final Sale)

For safety, regulatory, and chain-of-custody reasons, Adaptive Fire Extinguisher Harnesses are not eligible for return or exchange. This policy ensures product integrity and compliance with applicable regulations.

Other Products (30-Day Returns)

For all other products, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition, and has the original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories.

How to start a return:
Reach out to us via our “contact us” page with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with next steps and a return address. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refunds:

  • After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • We do not offer direct exchanges; place a new order for the item you want.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Used items, items missing components, or not in resalable condition

Warranty & Defects

Warranty coverage (if applicable) is separate from this policy. If you believe you have received a defective product, contact us at our “contact us page” with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We’ll help troubleshoot and determine the appropriate remedy under our warranty.


Damages and issues
 Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
