Shipping Times

We typically prepare and ship orders within 7 business days. If we are experiencing a backlog or supply delays, shipping may take up to 30 days from the order date. We appreciate your patience while we build and quality-check each unit.

Shipping Regions

Due to safety and legal compliance around pressurized fire-safety devices and hazardous materials handling, we currently ship only within the United States. We hope to expand to more locations in the future.

Delivery Issues

If a shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, please photograph the packaging and contents and contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help file a carrier claim and arrange a solution.
